Margaret Heap

Coming from Swinton, Greater Manchester, Margaret Heap was a soprano that performed at the Bolton Midday Recital Series in 1955, which took place at Bolton Central Library. Alongside the clarinet of Geoffrey Rostron and piano of Laura Twist, Margaret sang Schubert's The Shepherd on the Rock and Purcell's Dido and Aeneas. The recital was well received.
