Isabel Hicks

Isobel Hicks studied singing, oboe, and piano at the Northern School of Music and was senior student in her final year. Isobel was unable to receive her diploma from Sir Thomas Armstrong, the principal, at the 1965 NSM award ceremony, as she was moving to South Africa with her husband that day. She had ambitions to become a music teacher.
