Peel Hall is located in the Peel Building at the University of Salford. Based on the first floor, the Hall has a capacity of 300 in a tiered seating format. The Grade II listed Peel Building was completed in 1896 and opened by George V and Queen Mary, the then Duke and Duchess of York. It was formerly known as the Salford Royal Technical Institute, changing its name in 1967 when the Royal College of Advanced Technology gained university status.
