Leslie Scott writes: I recall watching the sun go down over the Fylde coast from a terrace. The music was superb. My son recalls The Strife playing and getting off on them. He was seven. Magnificent. Such bravery to organise a music fest on those beautiful balconies once frequented by the bourgeoisie of the Lever family. Well stoned but so happy. The festival was glorious.
