The House

The House: a really small (held 300) venue at 49 Piccadilly, Manchester....after the Thunderdome closed in early 90, this place took its mantle...home to the legandary Jay Wearden and Steve Williams, and then to other local heros such as Moggy and Pete Sargeant. Imagine upstairs in Konspiracy with the lights off...scary at times but dirty, dingy and poseur free (unlike the Hacienda). A real underground venue for Manchester's madheads...closed Spring 91.
