Northwestward Ho (the Boat)

Sent in by "Djonone" Moored on Pomona Dock with the jet on the car park as the restaraunt, ahh, the Northwestward Ho was the first Manchester venue I ever worked. Friday and Saturday nights, if they didn't like the DJ he'd end up swimming for his records in the Irwell! Myself and Duke Ozzie were the resident jocks at the time, and the boat, like the women, was rough. I used to earn £15 a night in those days but felt like a star... The folly of youth.
