On Little Peter Street, mid way between the site of The Hacienda and The Boardwalk, TJ's was a converted mill that housed rehearsal spaces and a recording studio. Owned by Tony Davidson, also owner of the TJM record label.
Used by a lot of the post-punk bands the video for Joy Division's 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' was shot here.
