Top Twenty Club (Oldham)

The Top Twenty Club was on Milton St in Oldham, just over the Manchester border in Hollinwood. It was owned by a guy called Murry, and was small but went off every Sat night. It opened at 11pm Sat ran through till 7am Sun, then opened again at 7.30am for a Sunday morning session till 12.00. I was a regular there for about 2 years 68-69. There was a big police raid on the place one Sunday morn about 2am... happy times. (Submitted 08.08.08 by Dave Smith)
