Flintstone's Cave (Oldham)

As far as i recall Flintstone's Cave was behind George St, at the top, right hand side, i think it was on Priory St. It was in an old terrace house, it occupying the ground floor and basement, (there was a weight lifting gymn upstairs called the 1900 club, run by Tony Mills and his mate Derek, both bodybuilding and weight lifting champs). It was always very dark with coloured lights and loud music, mainly R&B... it was around 1964/5. Quite a few Oldham notables got in there. (Submitted by Dave Smith 07.08.08)
