Warm Widow

Sent in by Zak Hane: Warm Widow formed in Manchester UK in 2007. Former Tsuji Giri frontman Martin Greenwood joined up with familiar faces on the Manchester noise-rock scene Lianne Steinberg (Jackie O/Breaking Colts) on drums and Ivan Hall (Tsuji Giri) on bass. In 2008 Ivan left and was replaced by Zak Hane (Stranger Son of WB/Sonar Yen). Filthy Home Recordings released their 4 track self-recorded ep “Impossible Acts” in January 2009. Their debut album “Widower” was released by White Box Recordings in October 2010. The band are influenced by a swathe of music ranging from Krautrock to US Post Hardcore and UK Post Punk. "
