Ivan’s Meads were a very popular ‘mod’ band from Manchester and they played all the music venues of the time – Twisted Wheel, Oasis, Jungfrau, Cavern, Jigsaw, etc.
They released ‘Sins of a Family’ (written by PF Sloane) in 1965 and although the recording didn’t land high in the charts it was a big hit with the local clubbers.
Ivan’s Meads were signed to Kennedy Street Enterprises and performed all over the country including big tours with top chart acts of the day.
