Born Idle

"Born Idle started as the Idle Abused in 1992, with the line up Al-guitar, Foz (ex-The Change)-vocals, Sam-bass & Simon-drums. They went through many drummers, although the core 3 of Foz, Al & Sam stayed together through every line up. They've supported the Damned, Slaughter & the Dogs, Sham 69, Jayne County & the Electric Chairs, Uk Subs, Vibrators, GBH & many other 'name' punk bands, and for 2 years in the mid 90's had Brian 'Mad Muffet' Grantham on from Slaughter & the Dogs on the kit. An LP 'Black Sheep Of The Family' was recorded in 2001 featuring Darran Pritchard on drums which was given a fantastic review on www.punk4life.co.uk. 2008 saw Foz reunite with original 70's punks The Change for a 30th anniversary, and Al is currently hamming it up as Angus Young in a Bon Scott era AC/DC tribute band called DC/79."
