Mark Rathbone, "Bonehead" or "Boney Votel" was the co-founder of Violators Of The English Language (Votel) in the early 1990s in Northwich, Cheshire with Paul "Curly" Adams and possibly others. I'm unaware at which point Andy Votel's involvement started, it may have even been at the start. Boney is now a Preston-based psychiatric nurse and still DJing very eclectic tunes. Always ahead of the curve, a true original.
