Après Noir

Apres Noir was a New- Romanic/Punk/Rock band from Manchester. Hetty Lawton(Mazumder) was the lead singer with Aki on guitar. Managed by Alan Wise who also managed Nico, the band had several successful gigs supporting Bauhaus, Depeche Mode and Altered Images. The five members and even six at one stage eventually dispersed. The Gallery was one of their last gigs and had many well known local people in the audience including Mike Joyce.
