Born in Rochdale, Jim Molyneux is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, composer and producer, now based in London. Before moving to the RNCM to study, Jim studied for 5 years at Chetham's School of Music, leaving him with plenty of experience. Before graduating from the RNCM in 2013, Jim had already found success, making it to the Grand Final of the BBC Young Musician of the Year in 2008, which was televised on BBC2 to over a million viewers. As well as founding two bands and releasing a debut single, Jim has done session work with many artists, including Paris Paloma, and performed the prestigious venues of the Royal Albert Hall and O2 Arena.
