Harvey Lisberg is a talent manager who emerged in 1963 fresh out of University from Manchester U.K. where he discovered and managed Herman’s Hermits and took them to international success with their smash hit “I’m Into Something Good” spearheading the fabled British Invasion of the U.S.A. where they were second only to The Beatles.
He went on to manage songwriter Graham Gouldman placing his “No Milk Today” and “Listen People” with Herman’s Hermits; “Bus Stop” and “Look Through Any Window” with The Hollies, and “For Your Love”, “Heart Full Of Soul” and “Evil Hearted You” with The Yardbirds.
Harvey influenced the careers of Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Peter Frampton, The Who, Andrew Lloyd-Webber & Tim Rice, The Rolling Stones, Graham Nash of The Hollies, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones, Godley & Creme, Tony Christie, 10cc, Neil Sedaka, Andrew Gold and others.
In the 1980’s he managed Jimmy White and Alex Higgins turning them into Rock‘nRoll-like icons as Snooker-fever swept the World.
