MDMArchive is co-curating an exhibition in partnership with The Lowry, which will launch on 28th September 2013, in the Promenade Gallery. The exhibition, ‘Defining Me: Musical Adventures in Manchester’ is a look at personal journeys in music across the years. The project has successfully managed to draw Heritage Lottery Funding for a community programme and calendar of events in support of the exhibition.
To facilitate the work towards the exhibition, and afterwards in covering moderation and invigilation, we now require the support of interested volunteers who have a passion for heritage, education, archives or exhibitions. This is a perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy events/exhibitions environment.
