“Thanks Abigail. I just realised that the lapel button badge I am wearing was pink and had the word "Baby" on it. I recall now that I must have recently been to see Everything But The Girl 'cos that's where I got the badge. They were on tour promoting their third album, "Baby, The Stars Shine Bright", and I think they played at the Manchester Apollo (or was it The Ritz? Or neither? I'd have to go through my collection of Mancunions to confirm where in Manchester they actually played that year).”
