“i used to go to a record shop in Walthamstow,the best shop in the world,Small Wonder. They had this up on th wall just on the right hand wall as you walked in.I kept asking pete Stennett,the owner,for it but he kept saying wait til after the gig.I went to see another Small Wonder band this night called Crass. Next morning on saturday i went in and it was gone.I remember it was an odd size printed on a kind of hi gloss card,maybe foolscap size.They played there again,private one abit later.Walthamstow Youth Club was on Markhouse Road,next door to Allan Gordons music store,(where my stolen guitar showed up one day in 1980)..it was part of a school.Knocked down now and replaced by a nice block of new build flats.
Colin Favor of Final Solution may have had a hand in this gig.He worked in Small Wonder on Saturdays and started Final Solution.I worked for F.S. from late 79 thru to about 82.Did New Order at Heaven etc....”
