Having kicked off with a TV appearance on Simon Dee's BBC 1 'Dee Time' in 1967 - recorded at the Beeb's Dickinson Road studios - he then played concerts in 1972 (Kings Hall, 2 shows), 1973 (Free Trade Hall), 1974 (Free Trade Hall, 2 shows), 1975 (Palace Theatre, 2 shows) and the Tameside Theatre in 1976 - the last, to date.”
