A few flyers from various nights, 'Ethos@The No.1 Club'; Ethos; Club La-La and Strangeways at the Bus Stop (that was actually Central Park in the Village, which is now the Thompson's). We thought Central Park wasn't a good location at the time, but how wrong we were!

Blitzed! - general article by Paul Graham in Boyz magazine, including mention of a few of the popular nights at the time.

Blitzed! - the smaller article makes interesting reading, referring to the movement of different club nights. Mentions Central Park and the 'refurbished PIAFS' which was a strange concept to turn the upstairs of the pub on Sackville Street into a sophisticated restaurant? I don't think it worked out and the space soon reverted back to its original use as a second bar and dance floor. Article by 'Chris Payne' (Chris Conal?)

Christmas/New Year 1994 into 1995 - a big thank you to everyone who made our nights so special. It wasn't us, it was the clubbers themselves who made everything so wonderful ...!

Strangeways at Rockworld, the largest venue of all and we opened at 3.30am in the morning until 10.30am ..phew! There was a joint ticket with Paradise Factory from 10pm until 3am, so in effect you could party for 12 hours or more non-stop .. (Photo: Angel and Coco).

Strangeways moves to Jillys/Rockworld with guest DJ's that you wouldn't usually find in gay clubs at the time. Great nights and a major task to set up a club at 3am in the morning too.

Flyers in the shape of Strawberries, but you had to cut them out yourself.
Plus some little bags of sweets containing a gummi strawberry!

Our XS Club Night at Generation X - Carol Ainscow's Bar and Club on New Wakefield Street, Manchester. This worked for a while but was out of the gay village stomping ground ..
