Cry Wolf 1975-1980

Cry Wolf (initially called Eclipse) were a South Manchester band formed in 1975 by Ian Pryce, Robert Ridley, Trevor Baglin and Keith Snelson. They attracted good audiences and good reviews and played the Greater Manchester pub circuit. The band occasionally included an extra main vocalist such as Chris Start and Irene Pantella. When Robert and Trevor left, the band continued with new members Duncan and John on guitar and bass.

The band wrote all their own music, mainly Ian but Robert, Trevor and Keith too. Ian still plays in a pub band this way up and acoustic duo Atticus Finch both based in Market Harborough. Trevor has recorded two albums of his own music under the name Mallory Vice. Robert played in a Manchester Beatles tribute band for some years.
