Ducie House, pictured here in 1992 something (not the burnt building), has been a place of musical significance in recent years.

808 state were amongst the 1st set of tennants when Tom Bloxoms "Urban Splash" took over the building in the early '90s (94?).
Other studios included A Guy Called Gerald, Lamb, Simon Crompton's (Black Grape ), lables like Blood and Fire and City Center Offices, Robs Records (after Rob), Management companys like Simply Reds lot..(come on help me out here)
