1978

A retrospective C.D. released on a French label.
Got a bit of a biog inside on each of the members, all of them signing on with "Income; $9 dole money". Luxury! as the old cliche goes.Round same time ( '76), I was working on the Roundthorne estate for $12 on the Y.O.P. scheme (youth exploitation scheme); wasn't very conducive to the work ethic. (Summer of Candi Statton's "Young Hearts Run Free", unrequited luv, boiling hot etc....).
Says inside that" Wythenshawe was once the skinhead capital of the North"; well I never...prob why I wasn't a big fan of suchlike....
