My brother Dave in the center.started on Snare drum , went up to Bass drum and then Drum Major with the mace. They rehearsed at St Peter's Church in Levenshulme , Whit Walks seemed to be their main yearly event...aAs well as Drums I think the only other instruments were Bugles.
