Mike Finney, Distractions singer "with natural civil servant chic." Later fronted the Secret Seven for a single on Bronze Records, then briefly teamed up with Paul Morley & Co. in the Art Of Noise.

Alex Sidebottom, formerly drummer with The Purple Gang, later with Full Dr Filth, Full Circle, and probably more Manchester groups. Still drumming locally with the Republic Of Swing samba group.

Pip Nicolls (once Nicholllls, with 4 Ls), bassist. Used to live with Cath Carroll, Liz Naylor and (Distractions guitarist & sometime songwriter) Adrian Wright in Harpurhey.
