Nice illustration of TW's sense of humour.

The commodity press got it all wrong again with that piece on Manchester's new band - the one with the Alberto's bass player. How can they call a five man band a four piece. Peace is a spectacle.

The hacks said they had no name. Someone told me they call themselves 'The Durruti Column', like being back in Strasburg.

Fuck that they're just a bunch of punks who swallowed too many liberty caps. Just more occasional labour in culture. Twists my head off.

What's that about 'up your nose' Wilson managing them. Is that right?
