Gone To Earth helping out in the community. If you liked good music and cheap food, (let’s face it, who doesn’t.....?) then you were cordially invited to come on down! They were a good band them; folkish/ rockish like The Pogues meets The Waterboys.....which reminds of a particularly “in” and lame joke at the time based loosely on their song “The Whole of The Moon...” something like “I saw The Crescents, you saw the whole of the Hulme....”;....you had to be there...then again I’m sure you’re glad you weren’t....
Again, St. Wilf’s; not your typical venue....
