Sod it, cheeky and self-indulgent I know but to go with me Stone Roses/ Spike Island story ,memories of a time when I was a one and a half car family man; my knackered Lada and Marina parked next to Charles Barry Crescent, Hulme. And on the wall behind is one of those blue historic spot things marking the location of the original Rolls Royce factory on Royce Road...
