Answer:- because no doubt, it contravenes specific sub -sections and certain clauses of E.U. directives, pertaining to and encompassing the correct and suitable application of the future usage of retrospective knowledge,and is therefore deemed illegal unless authorisation has been sought and approval granted through the proper channels; that's why! .....Spent many a Sunday morning chewing on me cornflakes while my snap, crackle and pop version of "The Sermon" went round and around....
