Jeez I remember this night so clearly. Y’know when you can picture yourself somewhere, who you were with, what colour polo- neck you were wearing etc.; and there’s no apparent reason......like it’s “de ja vu” all over again (?).Well it feels a bit like that.
I think it felt like the band were about to really take off, after gigging round for a couple of years. It was promoted by Piccadilly Radio and I know it was recorded and I have a feeling it might have been broadcast live (?).Anyway it was a busy and good night. Never saw them after that; I hear they (he) did quite well......
