Gosh darn it..just when I was getting all professional. This one jumps back to ’86...still it was a very good year as I recall..The Bodine’s from Glossop hey...does that count? Which reminds me, probably round 1980 ,hearing that the young punks of that town were up in arms because they weren’t allowed to hang around the local shopping centre or some such thing. Anyway their fearless leader decided to hold a rally on the town Green in protest at such discrimination .Unfortunately though they had to cancel it because his mam wouldn’t let him attend....it can be tricky being a teenage rebel at such a tender age....Also I bought an Iguana in a pet shop in Glossop once.(Glossop's World famous for it's Iguanas..I called him Iggy for obvious reasons,so hence there is the slightest hint of musical relevance there...).Very true story...
“Two Thieves and a Liar”;presumably taken from the Gary Clail song of the same name;one of the most powerful songs I’ve ever heard.Rock On!

I shared a flat in Moss Side with the guitarist and bass player in the band and knew the other members. They had a Debris flexi shared with Dub Sex (I may still have it.) They also promoted a gig at Cloud 9 with The Old Men and I'll Show Harry sharing the billing. I have the VHS of that gig.
I thought I saw all of their gigs being an occasional roadie but I don't remember this particular one.”
