Vidal Sassoon used to do free haircuts if you wanted to be a guinea pig and didn't mind your hair looking like a wedding cake or shaved into a spiral or suchlike.I think you had to be "cool" or in the know to be dabbled with, which is why I mostly would get my hair did at the barbers on Tib St.I can't remember where Paperchase was,must be in the archive somewhere.
