Kindly provided by the man himself for the Strawberry website, this photo shows C P Lee in Strawberry in 1975, recording the first Albertos' album. In CP's 2002 book, 'Shake, Rattle and Rain' he says of Strawberry, "I was more suitably impressed with the walls…these were layered in a mixture of Californian pine and a particular kind of stone that had been quarried off a cliff face in Colorado. Apparently only this stone would absorb the sound in the specific way that the audio engineers deemed acoustically correct" (page 163).
