This is the ticket from when The Smiths did a mini-tour of Scotland with Easterhouse as support. The Smiths did some new stuff we hadn't heard before. I remember being impressed by the late opening hours of pubs up there - well ahead of England. We had to get the midnight mail train back to Preston and sleep in the waiting room until the first train back to Manchester in the morning and go straight in work. Couldn't afford a hotel.
