“I saw the Mondays in 1985 supporting New Order at Macc leisure centre and seem to remember them being pretty raw and edgey. A mate of mine took some photos of us all, i will see if he took any of the band and get him to upload them.”

“Sorry all my ticket stubs and badges etc were put in a biscuit tin and left at my parents when i left home. This was 'mislaid' by my dad when he was clearing out the loft a few years later.I'm going to sort through the photo's in a couple of weeks hopefully.As soon as i can i'll put them on the site.”

“I have some shots of Jazz defeKtors from this gig up here. Inca babies were top that night; ACR seductive in Brazilia kit; My American Wife were a top band (remember thoroughly enjoying them at International and the Boardwalk; and interviewing them for Acrylic Daze). Think I must have arrived too late for the Mondays but they were awkwardly bad at Macc (as suggested above) so wouldn't have been in a hurry to see them again. Oh, how things change!!!”
