Lux Interior (RIP) of the Cramps closely followed by Cramps minder / tour manager Reg Halsall (bald head, tattoed blue eyebrows) mix it with the Hacienda crowd, I dont know much about Reg, but I know outside of his Cramp-minding he later co-managed the Adventure Babies with Danny Macintosh (they released some stuff on Factory). I met him on a contracts seminar somewhere in Fallowfield some years later. The blue strip across the back of the photo I think is the bar at the back of the Hac. I loved the 24 Hour Party People film for what it was, but I dont remember seeing this scene in there.
