Work begins on converting 3 Waterloo Road, Stockport into Strawberry Recording Studios in 1967. Eric Stewart (10cc) who co-founded the Studio, is working on the far right of the picture. Commenting on the photo recently, Eric said "Yes, it's me on the right there with very long sideburns and a very heavy polo neck jumper. I remember we were insulating the walls of Strawberry North at the time but we had no heating and it was bloody freezing. Boy, the things we do for love (of studios that is)."
