“That brings back memories. I was the guitarist, Rob, in Shades of No One. How you doin Foz?”

“eh up rob.....good to hear from you, i'm fine and i trust you are too...where you based these days..?”

“Yep, I'm doing okay. Been round and about over the years, these days I'm in Leicester and haven't lived in Manchester since 1980 - though I still get up there occasionally... in fact, you'll find me loitering around at a benefit gig at Gullivers on 11 December :) I never really kept in touch with anyone from those days, except Poz (RIP). I'm not in any bands at the minute - the last one was a couple of years ago, an all lesbian punk band in Leicester called 'Pussy Galore' (I was the... ahem... 'honorary lesbian'). We used to regularly play the Prides in Leics and Notts.”
