The first time I'd ever heard of 2 concerts in one night.I was so looking forward to this concert as Bohemian Rhapsody was at number one,and wondering if they could do the song live, all the way through the concert the harmonies were brilliant, looking forward for the No 1,they started the song ,it was going great then as soon as the solo started, they all walked off while a backing track was being played,Queen walked back on with glasses of champagne toasting their No 1,till the end of the song, what a disappointment. But I managed to hide in the toilets after the gig ,till the 2nd gig started,so it made up for it

“I too attended this gig, however my recollection of the champagne was that Bohemian Rhapsody had gone to #1 that day hence the celebration & if my memory is correct they shared it with members of the audience, There was also no support band which was also unusual”
