Fuel Cafe
2009

Quiet Loner, winner of 2004's album of the year award from Americana-UK, and also a former resident of Manchester, packed out Fuel Bar for this triumphant homecoming! His extended set finished with a series of encores including a song written by Chorlton's own Barry Gibb, "Islands in the stream". Support was provided by local artistes Warren Gaskell, Garron Frith, and the ever-present Picnic Area.
