Flyer for gig with IQ Zero and Staff Nine. Craig Scanlon and Steve Hanley were in Staff 9 prior to joining THe Fall. 'Scanner' and Steve Hanley were previously in a band ccalled 'The Sirens' which included Marc Riley on guitar, before he joined 'The Fall' and Steve Murray on vocals before he formed Fast Cars.

IQ Zero was built around the Duffy Brothers, Mike and Joe. Mike went on to write for the NME and also Manc Evening News. We became friends with IQ Zero having met at the BOTW before and they had also played with us at The Butchers Arms on 12th August 1978. We also appear on the 1979 lp "A Manchester Collection" and both bands can be seen on the cover.
