The reverse of my membership card from 1981 - apart from my photo (obviously!), the front looks pretty much like others already posted.
I was always struck by the anti-establishment clientele who inhabited the Roxy & Bowie rooms having to carry such a dated image with them!
I also recall my group of friends having 3 or 4 birthdays each so that we could get 'free entry before 10pm' (or whatever) tickets for each other.
