“Went to the Sunday ,John Cooper Clarke was compere,De La Soul were on Electronic were brilliant the only time i saw them and the mondays were on last but cant remember anything about them cos it had been a long day! can anyone else remember who else was on that day?”

“I was there - I worked at the GUS warehouse in Trafford Park at the time and one of the guys who worked there got (no idea how) 3 back stage passes. Four of us went so I had to wait outside while the others went in and then one of them came out with two of the wrist bands and I put one on and went in. I went on the Sunday and saw the last four bands on - ACR, Electronic, 808 State and the Mondays. Great day out and lots of dancing :-)”
