Alan Adler
1983

Illustrator Alan Adler was one of the Big Four artists/designers linked to Manchester's music scene to pass through Manchester School of Art alongside Peter Saville, Linder Sterling and Malcolm Garrett during the latter half of the 70's. Many of Adler's early iconic illustrations were created in our studios while still a student here including around a dosen or so record sleeves for Manchester record label TJM.
Adler was also drummer in the critically acclaimed Thunderboys.
Following a move to London he became one of Britain's foremost illustrators winning many awards and is now represented at institutions such as the Victoria and Albert Museum.
