Nothing remarkable here. Just four local punk bands playing the dance lounge of Rochdale Football Club. This was probably one of the earliest gigs for my group Limited Talent ( what it says on the tin...). We'd forgotten that we may need a drummer for the evening, and so relied on the 6/4 dub stylings of local anarcho punk poet and Crass recording 'star' Andy T.
Ultra Violent were from Yorkshire and before the end of the evening their largely skinhead following had started some 'aggro'. Net result another venue decommisioned for Punk bands. Well done, boys.
