No it's not a Stone Roses pizza, it's an unofficial home made badge. At this period there was no official Stone Roses merchandise (except maybe a T-shirt) so fans had to make their own. This was made by Richard Farnell who was a huge Stone Roses fan, then living in Sheffield.
