This is a photo of Big Flame playing at Nick Blincoe's birthday party circa 84/85 upstairs at The Cemetery Hotel, Bury Road, Rochdale- hence the dartboard. Nick, seen right, was later a member of Meathmouth ( one 12" single on Factory ) and is currently a respected author known for his crime fiction set in Manchester.
Rochdale was a creative place at the time with alot of musicians, artists and poets.
