Piccadilly Radio, Manchester’s first commercial radio station, launched the careers of amongst others Chris Evans, Andy Peebles, Gary Davies, Timmy Mallet, Mark Radcliffe, Karl Pilkington and featured exclusive sessions by many of Manchester’s most groundbreaking bands.
