Great lineup at the Boardwalk that night, The Membranes along with Sonic Youth.
I gave Thurston a few photos I took of the band a year earlier at a small club in Leeds when they first ventured over to the UK. At that show I was on stage taking photos and taking to them before the show. They were asking about the nightlife in Leeds after. I had to admit it would have been non existent.
